I build the operating systems a go-to-market org runs on.

Operations partner to Samsara's US Enterprise Success org: ~1,700 accounts, ~$890M ARR, 11 managers, 2 directors, at a public company at ~$2B ARR. I build the Claude tools the org runs on, lead CS's AI program, and partner with Anthropic on optimizing Claude across Samsara CS.

Renewal Review Workbench

A Claude artifact on live CRM and CS-platform data, read-only
Problem

Monthly renewal reviews ran on a static spreadsheet. Meetings were spent clicking between systems, and decisions had nowhere to live between reviews.

Built

A Claude artifact that puts the CSM's notes, the renewal rep's notes, value at risk, forecast, and health on one card per renewal. Managers send Slack pre-reads and log decisions to a shared record.

Result
  • 100% of renewal reviews across Enterprise, international, and Mid-Market; spreadsheet retired
  • 85% of $250K+ renewals reviewed 90+ days before close
  • 25% less late-identified risk and 10% better forecast accuracy on reviewed renewals
  • Load time cut from 5 minutes to 30 seconds

Next90% early-review coverage and 40% less late-identified risk by April 2027.

Account-Assignment Workbench

One place to assign every CSM, with capacity and fit checked before anything moves
Problem

CSM assignments ran in spreadsheets and were executed one account at a time. Nothing checked whether the receiving CSM had room, whether the account fit their segment, or whether a customer family was being split.

Built

A workbench for every kind of assignment: handoffs straight from Implementation, leave coverage, new-hire books, departures, and rebalances. It ranks candidates on capacity (account count and ARR as separate limits), sales-pod fit, complexity, and region. The manager approves and the move ships as one batch.

Result
  • 100% of CSM assignments in Enterprise and Mid-Market; 800+ moves
  • Median cycle of 3 business days
  • 90% of books within capacity; ownership errors down 80%
  • Validated ~2 hours per manager per week, ~700 hours a year in Enterprise

Next1,500 moves, a two-day cycle, and 95% of books within capacity by April 2027.

Enterprise Command Center

The operating layer for Enterprise CS: KPIs, prioritized work, and every certified AI tool in one place
Problem

KPIs lived in aging dashboards that disagreed with each other. Each person's actual work (renewals, expansion, problem accounts) was spread across systems with no shared sense of what came first.

Built
  • Prioritized work: every CSM, manager, and director sees their renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and problem accounts, ranked by a custom prioritization model.
  • KPIs and trends: one dated snapshot, colored against target, that clicks through to the accounts behind each number. KPI design draws on the renewal-driver analysis (F.06).
  • Certified AI tools, nested: the renewal and account-assignment workbenches and other certified tools open from inside it, so there is one front door.
Result
  • System of record, used weekly by all 13 managers and directors
  • Risk-plan coverage on high-risk accounts more than doubled; sentiment mismatch halved
  • Half the legacy dashboards retired; CS Ops reporting time down 60%

NextThe same pattern as the system of record for every CS segment by April 2027.

CS Carve Studio

The annual book-of-business carve, run on agreed rules instead of by hand
Problem

The prior year's carve data arrived late and hurt the start of the year. Books were balanced by hand, with no shared rules and no way to compare scenarios.

Built

Each territory carries its agreed rules: caps, disruption limits, renewal locks, and sales-pod alignment. Auto-balance moves whole customer families into the best-fit book, and nothing saves until a person confirms. It surfaced two conflicts before sign-off that would otherwise have landed late.

Result
  • Books signed off 30+ days earlier than the prior year
  • August 15 go-live hit with every book inside caps or under a signed exception
  • Moves within 5% of plan; under 3% unplanned re-carve

NextRun the FY29 carve in the tool, with under 5% cumulative re-carve.

Claude Skills for Trusted Data

Skills other people run themselves, on the same governed definitions
Problem

Getting a trusted number, or turning a request into a correct Gainsight rule, meant pulling in Ops. Ops became the bottleneck, and people filled the gap with numbers that didn't match.

Built
  • Reporting skill: CSMs and ICs pull governed metrics on demand, in a structured format.
  • Gainsight rules skill: turns an unstructured CTA request or a BRD into a step-by-step build guide for complex rules.
  • Briefing generator: builds a briefing agent per stakeholder that reads five systems into a two-minute morning summary.
Result
  • 100+ self-serve reporting pulls since launch, without an Ops request
  • Rules skill used by 6 operations analysts to build 5 complex rules
  • Briefings live across CS, Implementation Services, and Sales; validated ~2 hrs/week per user

Renewal-Driver Analysis

An agentic Claude workflow across CRM, warehouse, CS platform, and enterprise search
Problem

The team tracked about eight activities it assumed drove renewal, and its renewal metric didn't match Finance's certified rate.

Built

One workflow that pulled two years of renewals from four systems, ran a size-controlled logistic regression, and produced a director-ready report.

Result
  • Only 2 of ~8 assumed drivers stay predictive once size, segment, and tenure are controlled for
  • Renewal metric reconciled to the certified Finance rate
  • Findings used to design the KPIs the command center now tracks, and fed FY27 planning
F.07 · AI governance

Governing AI across the org

I lead CS's AI Intake & Adoption program across all nine CS and Services cost centers, and partner with Anthropic on optimizing how Samsara CS uses Claude.

Problem

Tooling spreads faster than ownership

Two or three people were building the same workflow independently, with different logic and no agreed source of truth.

Built

One intake, risk-tiered trust

One intake path, an inventory of what's been built, and governance tiers. No shared tool is promoted until its numbers reconcile to the CRM or CS platform.

Result

Fewer, trusted tools

90% of requests handled within SLA, 5 duplicate clusters consolidated, every Tier 1 and 2 tool passing, and 4 validated value cases, tracking toward 6 by April 2027.

Principles

How I work

Build it, prove it, hand it off

The goal is other teams' operating process, not a tool I maintain. Success is when the tool stops being the point.

Make the trusted path the easy one

If the governed number is harder to get than a side spreadsheet, people use the spreadsheet. I build so the right answer is also the fastest one.

Ground it or don't claim it

Findings are predictive, not causal, and reconciled to the certified number. Savings are claimed only after users confirm the old process stopped.
